We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This role offers a great opportunity for personal and professional growth within the Software & Product Development sector.

Job Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in the growth and expansion of our business by doing End to End Sales, from generating Lead to get that Lead matured. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to initiate contact with potential customers, nurture relationships, and convert them to get those Leads qualified. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of our company’s sales efforts and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct research to identify potential leads and target clients within the Technology / Legal sector.

· Utilize various online platforms, databases, and tools to gather contact information and relevant details of potential leads.

· Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to introduce our products/services and establish interest.

· Qualify leads by engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, pain points, and potential fit with our offerings.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status using our CRM system.

· Participate in team meetings to provide insights and updates on lead generation activities.

· Continuously improve knowledge of our products/services and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to potential leads.

· Meet or exceed monthly lead generation to conversion of Leads to matured Clients, targets, and other performance metrics.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business or equivalent work experience.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over the phone and through written communication.

· Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

· Basic understanding of Technology trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.

· Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.

· Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation is advantageous.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
